Instructor Trainings and On-Campus Support

Plan Instructor Trainings

Some campuses prefer to handle all instructor trainings internally. They may schedule larger group trainings at the start of their transition to iClicker Cloud and at the start of each following term or academic year, with ongoing one-on-one trainings available throughout the year. Other campuses direct instructors to iClicker-hosted trainings. iClicker’s Student Engagement Specialists can host on-campus trainings, and our training specialists offer multiple virtual training sessions per day via Zoom. We also offer an on-demand iClicker Cloud training video that instructors can watch at their own convenience.

Consider Other Ways to Support iClicker Users

Many institutions offer additional support touchpoints for both instructors and students, such as drop-in office hours for instructors and first week of class visits to walk students through registration in the iClicker student app.
