About Cindy AlbertCindy Albert is the Associate Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Pioneering CETL in 2008, Cindy collaborates with faculty to develop innovative and engaging curriculum and instruction to increase student learning in all modes of course delivery. She helped CETL become the go-to place for ideas and support as faculty work towards her “One Small Change” philosophy, which she has used for thirty years as an educator. Cindy’s passion for teaching and student learning comes through clearly in both her faculty development role and in the course she teaches where she validates the most up-to-date strategies. |
